What is GameHuddle?
GameHuddle is an online, community-driven rental marketplace built by gamers passionate about playing and sharing video games. GameHuddle gives members the ability to rent video games online and earn money from their video game collection.
By partnering with game owners to build our inventory, we're able to provide a large variety of video games available to rent. Sharing on GameHuddle also affords members the opportunity to rent for little or no cost. There is never a membership fee or monthly subscription for being a GameHuddle member.
How long has GameHuddle been in business?
GameHuddle has been running strong since 2008.
What if I don't have a credit card?
Similar to any rental service, a credit card is required to establish an account with us and be on file at all times.
GameHuddle currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express cards as a method of payment. You may also use a debit card, as long
as it has a Visa or MasterCard logo. We do not accept money orders, checks,
cash payments, PayPal, prepaid/gift cards or international cards.
If you add a new credit card to your account, GameHuddle will run an
authorization in the amount of $1. We receive no funds from this transaction.
However, some banks or credit card companies choose to reserve the funds,
making them temporarily unavailable to your account. The authorization
usually "expires" in 2-5 business days, depending on the financial institution's
policy. If you have further questions about this, please contact your financial
institution.
What kind of condition are your game discs in?
Our rental discs are inspected upon every return to ensure that they are in good
working condition. If they appear to be unplayable, they are removed from our
inventory.
What payment methods do you accept?
GameHuddle currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American
Express cards as methods of payment. You may also use a debit card, as long
as it has a Visa or MasterCard logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept money
orders, prepaid/gift cards, checks, cash payments, international cards or PayPal.
For memberships, we perform an authorization against your credit card upon registration. This authorization transaction is temporary and is necessary to ensure sufficient funds are available, if you choose to become a paying member. Once a member, if you change your credit card information, an authorization is performed as well.
Is this service available outside the United States?
GameHuddle provides service to members residing in the 48 contiguous United
States and the District of Columbia, or have an APO/FPO delivery address. We
currently do not offer service to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, any U.S. territories such
as Puerto Rico, or any other international destination.
Do you carry Xbox 360, PS3, and Nintento Wii games?
GameHuddle stocks all of the newest releases for the Xbox 360, PS3 and
Nintendo Wii consoles as soon as they become available.
Do you plan on carrying PS2, Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP games?
We're currently addressing this matter and will hopefully have these systems into our inventory soon.
Is there sales tax and how is it applied?

on your state of residence.

Why rent from GameHuddle?
Renting from GameHuddle allows you to get great games at low prices. The rental price is $5 for the first 5 days (paid up front), after which it drops to only 40¢ a day. Because the GameHuddle game inventory is driven by our community, new releases and hidden gems you may have missed are always available to rent.
GameHuddle also gives you the unique ability to share your video game collection with us. By sharing with GameHuddle, you enter your games into our marketplace, where other members can rent games from. As your games are rented out, money is added to your GameHuddle account. When your account accrues more than $25, you can choose to receive this money as a cash redemption or use it to rent games for free on GameHuddle!
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I rent two copies of the same game?
You can rent the same title for different platforms at the same time. However,
we do not permit renting more than one copy of a title for a given platform at one
time.
I lost or damaged the game, what should I do?
If a game has been lost or damaged while in your possession, you will be
responsible for the replacement fee for that game.
I accidentally sent my game back to you. What should I do now?
We are sorry to hear that you returned your personal property in one of our
sleeves. To report the situation, go to Report A Shipping Problem. From the
games you have out, choose which game sleeve your disc is in and select 'I sent
back the wrong game/sleeve'.
While GameHuddle will make a reasonable effort to return any non-GameHuddle
property it receives, GameHuddle will not be liable for any losses of or damage to
such property. Should we receive the return of your game, we will attempt to ship
it back to you.
If you need another mailer to return your GameHuddle rental, you can request
one through Report A Shipping Problem and select I lost the game's sleeve or
mailer.
Does a multi-disc game count as more than one rental?
A multi-disc game counts as a single rental. We'll ship you all the discs in a
special sleeve in one mailer. Make sure you return all discs when you mail the
game back to GameHuddle.
What should I do if I received a different game inside a game's sleeve?
If we've sent you the wrong game by mistake, please accept our apologies for
the mixup. Go to Report A Shipping Problem and select 'I received the
wrong game' or 'The game arrived in the wrong sleeve', so we can get the right
game to you as soon as possible.
When you report the problem, be sure to tell us the title of the game you should
have received.
We will send you the correct after you report the problem. We would appreciate
if you would cross out the barcode on the incorrect game sleeve with a marker
before you send it back. This will help our processing center identify the incorrect
disc.
Will I have to pay for a game that is lost in the mail?
We do not hold our members responsible for a game that has been lost or
delayed in the mail. Our policy is to wait at least seven shipping days before
reporting any type of a shipping problem.
If you have not received a game and it's more than seven days after the ship
date or if you haven't received an email confirming our receipt of a game
you returned more than seven days prior, please go to Report A Shipping
Problem and select 'Game never arrived' or 'GameHuddle never received my
return'. We'll note in your account that the game has been lost in the mail.
I reported a game unplayable, why am I about to be charged for it?
After reporting a game to be unplayable, we ship out a replacement copy and
quest that the damaged game be returned.
Should we not receive the game a week following the report, we will send you
an email requesting information. If the game is not returned, your account will be
billed for the replacement fee of the game.
After placing the game in the mail, if you continue to receive e-mails from
GameHuddle stating that it has not been received, please reply to that e-mail or
contact us and include the name of the game
and the date that it was placed in the mail.
